Payment options for customers to instantly sign-up from anywhere in the world." The header had Web Express Business as the highest ranking optimized keyword. It is followed by wexb, Express Business, and Express Internet Marketing which isn't as ranked as highly as Web Express Business. The next words wexb.biz used was Learn Internet Marketing. Internet Marketing was included but could not be understood by search crawlers.
